Comprised of twenty-some enthusiastic scientists – Chemical engineers, biochemists, dermatologists, botanists and pharmacists – the PHYTO Research Laboratory identifies active plant molecules, chooses the most pertinent ones and selects the best method of extraction, in order to create high quality, extremely effective products.
Each new product created is subject to the most rigorous clinical tests, mainly carried out in hospitals, in order to ensure optimal safety, effectiveness and pleasure of use.
The researchers work in close collaboration with independent laboratories, pharmacy schools, doctors and dermatologists working in university hospitals, pharmacists and engineers who are specialized in plants as well as other researchers, from the CNRS in particular. Thanks to PHYTOSOLBA Laboratories’ influence, numerous types of research have been carried out on new molecules. Together, they continue to explore the plant world and make immense strides forward in our knowledge of plants and their therapeutic properties.
Cosmeto-vigilance and control Laboratory
PHYTO products are carefully controlled at every stage of production, in order to ensure that they are optimally formulated and manufactured.
A team, comprised of six individuals, permanently controls samples of the raw materials used to create the products as well as the products themselves during the various stages of manufacture.
Each batch is duly identified, traceable and placed in a combinatorial library.
