After initially selecting the plants, the parts that are richest in active ingredients are then identified: Roots, flowers, buds, entire plants, fruits, gums, resins, saps, juices, seeds, etc.
The extraction method for the active ingredients is chosen based on the procedure that will allow for extracting the highest proportion of active principles as well as the richest components, which thus guarantees the effectiveness of PHYTO products. The extraction method used for the plant-based ingredients is part of the manufacturing secret. There are several methods of extraction : maceration, decoction, infusion, etc.
Each product may contain up to 40 ingredients taken from a combinatorial library, including all forms of essential oils and plant extracts.
